These are group workshops I guide on a monthly basis.
I ask for a small contribution for the sessions (unless you cannot pay –money should never block participation). The sessions last about an hour and a quarter. There is no prerequisite necessary; these sessions are open to all who are curious and/or who wish to boost their health on every level: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
These are sessions in French (in case you want to practice your French); signup is effected by email to me and payment by Paypal or wire transfer.
