On vous accompagnera vers un bien-être global en prenant soin de vous physiquement (terre) et énergétiquement (ciel) ! Cours de sport — piscine et gym —, cours en énergétique, méditation, chant. Bains de lumière et jets en jacuzzi, balades en vélo ou randonnée, près de la mer ou à la campagne : tout est en place pour une semaine inoubliable ! En option, massage (Jean-Pierre) et réflexologie (Kathryn), Soins Angélique et/ou Soins de Reiki (Kathryn).
